Lots of opportunity to learn, both on-job and through training programs.
The workforce consists of bright, talented researchers, so you feel proud working here in the end.
The pay is definitely on the lower side, compared to industry standards.
There's more stress on "communication" than on the actual work. So you find your promotion/pay-hikes not correlated to your performance. Also, most of the employees are over-qualified for the jobs that they do.
Make the performance review and promotion cycle more transparent. Please don't keep on rewarding incompetent or irrational managers, which is affecting the morale of the team.
