A good salary is only available if you are working in management or leadership positions.
Low salaries in the technical work domain.
Injustice in the form of lower pay for the rigorous work extracted from employees.
Compensation is much lower compared to other companies which offer good salaries for the same experience.
There is no way to negotiate for salary. One must find a new job in another organization in order to increase his pay.
