Great company, but a lack of vision and a good strategy at the top level
Lot of talented peers to learn from. Reputed company and a tremendous opportunity to learn about processes, manufacturing, and rigor.
Lack of vision at the top.
Long hours and intense workload.
Salary growth is small, even when rated as the "Role Model" in the annual review process.
The hire-and-fire strategy on contracts does not keep them motivated on deliverables.
Top management should pre-empt trends and plan for the future instead of making eternal corrections. The current CEO lacks the leadership skills to portend the future and plan for it. All actions in the last decade have been reactive responses rather than skillful strategies.
