Lead Engineer
I applied online and got a call after two weeks for a face-to-face round. It went well, and HR told me that they would schedule the next round. Then, HR disappeared. In spite of follow-ups, nothing went ahead.

Applied online and was interviewed over the telephone within 3 weeks. The technical interview over the phone was followed by a site technical interview and discussion with HRM. It took a few months to receive the final offer.
