The interview was straightforward, very light on technical questions.

It went very smoothly, with a friendly atmosphere. First, there's an initial pre-screening. Then, you talk with the hiring manager. The last step is F2F if everything goes well. There isn't too much technical involved in the first step.

The EEDP interview was half a day with 5 technical reps and an HR review. It was heavy in technical background. Ultimately, it proved to be a good thing, as I was very impressed with the technical strength of all members of the redo program.
