Overly structured environment, requires readiness to travel and move to get to the next hierarchy level. Very money-focused; sometimes the long-term vision comes up short.
Increase long-term vision. Increase continuity by paying young engineers more competitively. Loosen certain compliance criteria. Focus on products more than on processes.
