General Electric Interview Experiences
Lead Project Engineer
Long and drawn out across 7 weeks. Interviewed 5 times over the 7 weeks, with a few people twice. Was told I was a good fit, then while waiting on an offer letter, received a call saying the job was on hold.
Electromagnetic Engineer
I go to phone interviews. The first one is with HR, with HR, and all are behavior questions. The second one comes from the HM, and he asked me about motors. I was told to wait for a response, but there was no outcome.
Senior Enterprise Engineer
Smooth process. From resume shortlisting to interview, it was smooth. Two rounds of video interview and a final round, F2F, with the manager. Everything was professional. If technically you are sound, they will hire you.
