Pros: A great place to learn about managing a business. It's a very competitive environment and promotes self-starters. There's great mobility for those that want to change positions.
Cons: It can be high pressure at times. If you are not assertive, the job can be more challenging. You must be type A to succeed. It's not for everyone.
