Many of the people and managers are knowledgeable.
The product is high-tech for its class.
The pay is good.
The vacations are good and easy to take off.
Lots of personal days and sick days are available.
Good set of Holidays.
Lots of extra GE Volunteer activities.
Encouraged to be involved in the Infinity Groups and activities.
Lots of chances to meet upper management during the Infinity Group activities.
Very competitive to the point of everyone for themselves. No sense of team spirit, no sense of company pride. The people are cruel and back-stabbing. Even when managers and HR are aware of it, they do not address it. They just let it go on and say that it's the culture of the company and that they forgot how hard it is for new people coming in.
Deal with employees who are backstabbing; do not reward them.
