Safety is the primary focus. There are strong organizational structures in place when it comes to leadership, training, and problem-solving. Great benefits and parental leave.
They do encourage moving around in the company every 18 months. This helps with diverse experience but also limits the in-depth experience achieved by long durations in a single position.
