Going through a major reorg, and you will be lost in it
Learned a lot of new technologies and gained good industry experience in the first 5 years of service.
Lost in reorg and my manager changed so many times that I had to prove the same qualities almost 4 times in the last 2 years. That put me years behind in my career and stopped training and growth opportunities.
Don't do racism.

The HR specialist called me for the first round interview. Then the HR manager and product engineer called me about one week later. They were easygoing. The HR manager told me there was another candidate. I think they chose him in the end.
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
