Lead Engineer/Technologist
First, HR will shortlist your CV. Then, they will send it to the line manager who is seeking to fill the position. If a shortlisted CV fits well, then a telephonic interview, one hour long, will take place, followed by a personal interview.

The interview was easy and good knowledge with past experience will crack the interview. Good preparation will help you to crack the interview. It took more than 30 minutes for completion of the interview.

Questions were asked from areas of interest, mostly from power systems and switchgear. Have a clear knowledge of these and basic electrical terms with formulas and units. Then, situational and behavioral questions were asked.
