Manufacturing Engineering Intern
I interviewed with HR and didn't meet my boss until my first day. The questions were related to "tell me about a time you failed at something" and "tell me about a time you had a conflict with a co-worker." I enjoyed the interview, and I felt comfort
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
