Could easily take part in any kind of project you wanted. A very laid-back environment.
Poor management. I did not fully understand everything thrown at me at first.
Do not make anything too much of a competition. Instead of ridiculing your employees, try to be encouraging.
Try to know what they are working on, instead of just assuming you know everything.
