Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Interview with recruiting manager, which involved technical questions and responding to scenarios provided. I had already worked in this department, so the interview focused on how I would change how the department operated.

Cross-section panel, each had predefined, scripted questions. There was little dialogue to be had. It was just going around the room, taking turns asking the questions. I noticed many on the panel were note-taking. Hire by committee, it would seem.

Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
