Great people and product to work with. Established company with great culture. Lots of training and tools available to staff.
Recently, I went through some tough times (2016-2018) and experienced a lot of turmoil with leadership at the highest level. This caused or forced many good people to leave.
Continue to stick with the things that made GE a great company.

The first interview is over the phone, and the second is on-site at their facility, where they give you a rundown of the key responsibilities and a tour of the facility.

I was initially interviewed over the phone. Things went well. I was then called back and interviewed with the lead engineer, the operations manager, and finally the production supervisor.
