Pros

They will pay for you to get your master's.

They provide on-the-job training.

They are willing to pay to relocate you.

Cons

They have a very strict background check and a long process to getting you set up in the first couple of days, but overall, very good.

Advice to Management

Expand the kind of opportunities given to new interns.
