Mechanical Engineer
Focus on questions addressing collaboration. I wanted to know a broad overview of all the different clubs and programs I am involved in to get a sense of where I might fit in their business.

Long set of interviews. Mostly behavioral questions. Easy to navigate. Tough because it takes a few hours. Be prepared to meet with HR, section managers, and field experts. Overall pretty simple and straightforward process.

Submitted resume through company site. Got an email to set up an in-person interview. It was a round-robin type of process for four hours. Met with 5 different people: the hiring manager, 3 peers working in the same department, and one from HR. N
