Good to get experience, but not long-term
Work on lots of meaningful projects. Lots of diverse projects. As an intern, I wasn't given much help or direction, which is a good thing if you need the experience.
Too many meetings, forced to stay late, not enough people to complete work on time, so everyone is overloaded.
Be more organized.
