Supplier Quality Engineer
Planning was good. As soon as I applied, they expected me to fly there the next day for the interview. Interviewers were nice but tough. Questions were open-ended.
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
