First, a resume shortlist. Then, an online test, which mostly contained technical, aptitude, and reasoning questions. A technical interview in core depth followed, which was also online. Finally, a managerial interview and an HR interview.

First written test. It contains aptitude and core subjects. Next interview: It was easy, mostly on basics of the subject. In the written test, it was mostly on power electronics and converters, as I am from power electronics and drives.
