Poor health insurance.
Some office spaces are not very modern.
Can be somewhat bureaucratic (it's a big company, after all).

Applied through their careers website. Got a call within 2 days to schedule a technical phone interview. Had 30-minute interviews with 4 people who were very nice. Questions were easy and about basics of SQL. The role required learning Informatica
Software Engineer
Talked with hiring managers, and they wanted more security+ experience rather than QA automation. Also, they were willing to allow time to get a security clearance. Nice people. Had an interview over Teams with two people, and it was very nice.
