Big company, it's good to learn good working habits. Good integrity environment.
Too much administrative work. Engineers are no longer doing engineering work; it has become administrative. The real engineering tasks are done by operators.
Enormous workload: engineers there have to take on two or three roles at the same time. The average lifespan for engineers here is approximately two years.

Engineer
Three rounds of interviews. The final one was face-to-face, and the others were telephone interviews. The final round involved an interview with the hiring manager and the HR manager. Other interviews were also with hiring managers.
