Cool industry, lots of intelligent people, great benefits and time off (if approved).
Lots of gray areas and items left up to interpretation. You are not told you'll have to achieve multiple things along your journey to stay with the company. Items come up that are a condition of employment.
13 questions video recording interview: First part: simple questions about your background: nationality, university, possession of driving license, etc. The second part included competency-based questions and the intention to join GE.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Talked with hiring managers, and they wanted more security+ experience rather than QA automation. Also, they were willing to allow time to get a security clearance. Nice people. Had an interview over Teams with two people, and it was very nice.
