Challenging work. New technologies being pursued. Benefits not too bad, but I’ve seen companies with better. Product line is exciting to watch being built.
Horrible management. Very short-sighted. Only looks out one quarter when making big cost-cutting decisions. GE lied when they said they will have 20,000 women in technology roles by 2020. With men in the management positions, women are overlooked for promotions or are the first ones out the door when layoffs occur. I even heard a male manager say that he thinks women don't want to work. The culture is toxic.
Look out several years when making business decisions.
See through the managers who criticize others to make themselves look good, and stop promoting that behavior.
