The engineering management team was amazing to work with. Some of the most intelligent and competent people I've ever worked with.
The purchasing and accounting systems made it almost impossible to get vendors into the system and pay them once they were in. All of the vendor support was in India, and they would always refer me to the same website, which was never able to help. I couldn't get the lab equipment I needed because I couldn't pay the vendors.
