Good work-life balance. Non-toxic work culture.
Salaries are not competitive, hence a mediocre workforce.
Too many hierarchies; top management is overcrowded.
Very little on-the-job training.
First, I was asked for an online technical test, and after clearing that, I was called for a face-to-face interview. Though it was a scheduled interview, many people were called at the same time. Food was arranged there. First round was on technica
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
I only was able to do the first round of the technical challenge. It was the hardest and longest one I've ever taken. I got probably around 50%, but I was still told that I didn't do that bad. Only for the dedicated.
