- Technical ability is not recognized sufficiently enough. Management is more interested in keeping the show going in terms of getting some work moving.
- Not a great place for folks who are more technology-centric and less focused on moving ahead in the career ladder through networking.
- Candid talk is not encouraged.
- Quality of colleagues is not top-notch.
Do an honest and critical analysis of the organization's impact in Bangalore. Do not publicize ordinary work as something extraordinary. Make people feel valued for their technical ability.
