Why do I keep working here?
The checks come on time, except for that one time they slipped a week to meet quarterly numbers. The commute isn't bad for me. Sometimes the work isn't terrible. Some of my coworkers are fun.
Travel will only be to terrible places. There is no joy in anything we do here. Team building is more depressing than a funeral. The pay is critically low for this area.
Start spending money on the people at this location, or at least let them know they should be looking for jobs elsewhere.
