Big company bureaucracy, red tape, politics, buddy systems, egos, too many online training courses. You also have to go excessively out of your way to prove your worth during the year and at review time.
At a company like GE, it is not good enough to put in a fair day's work for a fair day's pay, which ultimately affects your personal life and quality of life.
I've come to think big companies and 'economy of scale' are a bad thing. It shouldn't be such that if a global company has an issue with a division, it can put a whole town out on the street looking for work. Better to have more companies, and smaller companies.
