Engineering
On-campus interview. A single person. Nice guy, all questions were of the "tell me a time when" variety. I mostly made stuff up.
Engineering Co-Op
Met at a technical career fair. Had an interview the next day. Went through the typical STAR interview questions process. Received a job offer the following Tuesday. The process was very easy and enjoyable.
Edison Engineering Development Program
Multiple interview sessions, ranging from behavioral to technical questions. Each interview session had a different interviewer. There was also a 5-minute presentation and a group exercise at the end.
