- Very nice office, good workplace, comfortable chairs and tables.
- Training and conference possibilities. We have unlimited access to lots of training sites (like ACloudGuru, Udemy, and so on).
- Stock options.
- Family-friendly environment.
- Experienced colleagues.
- Yearly bonus.
- Not a software company, thus the software development and DevOps culture is missing.
- The business wants fast solutions, and they don't care about the usability of the outcome (web application). 'Just make it work ASAP' mentality.
- High-level management is often incompetent for making lower-level decisions, but they don't listen to development teams.
- A lot of politics is going on between departments.
- Below-average salaries (this is somewhat compensated with bonus and other benefits mentioned above).
