Internal lobbies and politics were always there, but now with so many changes, it is affecting actual work on the ground, which is lowering workforce morale and weakening resolve.
Your workforce is the key to success. GE invested so much money and time in acquiring the best human capital; don't undermine such an asset with bureaucracy and politics. Just please focus on collective success rather than personal achievement, so we can see GE out of the current turmoil and back on the throne of giants.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
