GE is known for its ability to manufacture leaders, and its alumni are leaders in so many organizations across the globe.
They put integrity first before anything else.
GE used to have regular employee opinion surveys. They stopped somewhere around 2014. A lot of great action items would come out of them, and it was useful to keep managers accountable and honest. They shouldn't have been stopped.

Staff Software Engineer
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
Software develepor intern
I only was able to do the first round of the technical challenge. It was the hardest and longest one I've ever taken. I got probably around 50%, but I was still told that I didn't do that bad. Only for the dedicated.
Advance Lead Engineer
The interview process was good. Regarding salary, they will offer how much you want. HR service is good. God process. Clear communication. Company will release the offer letter immediately, with no waiting.
