Work-life balance, nice modern office in Bangalore, decent pay (but expect minimum hikes).
Lousy leadership lacks a clear IT vision.
Managers centric company with most technical work outsourced to contractors.
Frequent org-related changes are affecting job security.
Work-life balance is heavily tilted towards life, and hence people get lethargic and start losing focus and agility to work.
Focus on creating a clear roadmap for IT. Get rid of the useless managers and invest more on technology and technical resources.

Staff Software Engineer
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
Software develepor intern
I only was able to do the first round of the technical challenge. It was the hardest and longest one I've ever taken. I got probably around 50%, but I was still told that I didn't do that bad. Only for the dedicated.

The interview process was good. Regarding salary, they will offer how much you want. HR service is good. God process. Clear communication. Company will release the offer letter immediately, with no waiting.
