Pros

Benefits:

Emerging use of newer technology. Several good processes for reporting issues to HR/management.

Cons

Almost impossible to get the software you need to work (from a software engineer perspective). Megalithic company, so less opportunity for moving up compared with a smaller company. Lots of old technology to maintain. Management is not tech savvy.

Advice to Management

Cut software engineers loose. Lose all the "trainings".
