Pros

Good Work-Life Balance Flexi Timings Good Culture A good company to work in forties.

Cons

80% of the work is done by only 20% of the people in the team. The rest just mark attendance.

Very low pay compared to other GE businesses.

Most of the time spent on maintenance projects.

Lots of favoritism; all the good work or opportunities are given to a few employees only.

Advice to Management

Stop being biased and give equal opportunities to all employees.

Add more hierarchy levels in terms of position, so people get promoted and feel motivated.
