Nice place to learn complex systems, but not so good for technical growth
Working with complex systems design. Better pay than industry standards. Cool atmosphere with nice people working around you. Less politics (at least not for me). Compliant company. Very good company for women. Added allowances like broadband, phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, etc. Large campus with greenery. In-campus gym, yoga, aerobics.
Working in old technology.
Not much advancement in career growth with respect to software engineers (personal opinion, based on projects). Other departments are having better work.
Yearly increment is low. Low/no onsite opportunity.
