Nice if you want to hide away from your duties. You could be pretty bad and get lost in the crowd.
Nothing exciting to work on. Leadership doesn't listen to the workers. Nobody reviewed my code, like, seriously? I could be writing terrible code and nobody would know.
Can you guys stop politicking and have a REAL honest-to-god conversation with your workers? As soon as you finish the all-hands, everybody just grumbles. You need to regain their faith.
