Met recruiter at career fair, talked for 15 minutes. Later that day, received an email for an interview the next day, in person, on campus. The interview was mostly talking about my resume, then some behavioral and technical questions.

Met project manager at university career fair and gave him my resume. Interviewed for 30 minutes the next day. Was told that the next step would be an on-site interview. Scheduled interview 2 weeks out, per request; G.E. paid for the flight. Flew

The interview was very smooth. It targeted basic knowledge instead of tool knowledge, and it was not an interview but went like a discussion for one and a half an hour.
