General Electric Interview Experiences
Mechanical Engineer
Submitted resume through company site. Got an email to set up an in-person interview. It was a round-robin type of process for four hours. Met with 5 different people: the hiring manager, 3 peers working in the same department, and one from HR. N
Software Engineer
This was for a software position. There were several people on the phone call, one-to-many. They basically asked me about the projects I listed on my resume, with a lot of details. I was also asked if I had ever worked on ARM and what kind of process

A great process with only personality questions. There were no technical questions asked, which made the entire interview process easy and flow smoothly. I got offered an internship a week later.
