Initial screening was a video call on MS Teams. Went through a GE product line presentation. It was mostly a one-on-one with the hiring manager. Went through project overview and technical skills. Now waiting to hear back.

Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.

The recruiter contacted me and asked pretty standard questions about the company, salary, employment, work authorization, availability, the person who recommended me, etc. Then, after one week, a ~30-minute technical phone interview was set up. Dur
