Do not see any cons.
I went to GE in West Burlington, Iowa for a full day interview. It started at 10:30 and ended a little after 2:30. Me and two other interview candidates had a plant tour right away for an hour. We talked a little bit about their process and the new
Had to interview with 4 different people from 4 different departments and HR. Then had to go back to some of them, plus drug screening and a physical. Even had to be interviewed by one of the engineers that has been there for 30 years.
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
