Great people, a culture of teamwork. Take time off when needed. There are no rules about taking vacation days. Lots of learning opportunities.
Too many ups & downs. Either working overtime or having layoffs due to the economy and/or business successes or downturns.

General Electric Interview Experiences
Test Engineer
The process was quick and the recruiter was attentive prior to my interview. After the interview, I never heard back from the recruiter after my multiple attempts to get feedback. I am somewhat disappointed with the process.

There were three rounds: Group discussion, technical interview, and HR. Make sure you make valid points in the GD session. Basic electrical questions were asked. If you clear the technical round, the HR round isn't really difficult.

Brief, non-specific industry questions that worked to get an understanding of your personality and not your actual working knowledge. I think that aggressiveness is very common for recruiters, which does not give good headway for working there.
