Thorough process, with phone and in-person screenings. Pretty standard questions. Had feedback within a week or so. Nice people involved, well organized. Was given a tour of the facilities as well.

First simple test in Java. Interview with team leader asking about background and, in addition, one question about arrays and how to implement a simple read/write lock. Finally, a 3-4 hour programming task on-site.
