VP-Technology
Concise, pleasant, and well-intended. Multiple folks, many topics. We went through business processes and technology stacks. Reviewed past history with many topics. I enjoyed the process. Time was about two hours.
Mechanical Designer
I came in as a contractor, but the interview process was laid-back. I only spoke with the hiring manager and the group director. Great group of people I worked with at the time.
Lead Software Engineer
Bureaucratic. They made a verbal offer and then it took weeks to get the offer letter to me. It should have been a sign of things to come.
