Don't bother applying if you need visa sponsorship.
I applied online and received a recruiter email about 10 days later.
I had a phone call with the recruiter going over the interview process. They mentioned that they would handle visa sponsorship and the green card process.
My virtual onsite interviews were scheduled for two weeks later due to the July 4th break.
Both interviews were really great, and the interviewers themselves gave me positive feedback and told me to wait a week to hear from the recruiter. I was very confident of getting an offer.
Here the hiring issues started.
I did not receive any communication from the recruiter even two weeks later. I sent them a bunch of follow-up emails asking for feedback.
The recruiter finally responded in the third week, saying that HR was reviewing the offer.
Two more weeks went by without any communication, so I reached out to the recruiter again. No reply.
I received a standard rejection email from a no-reply address a week later.
