I got a call to interview. The recruiter was nice and helpful before the interview. The interview was OK. The manager was very nice. I didn't answer the questions as well as I was supposed to.
But the recruiter never replied to my emails when I asked about the decision. I even called her a few times, and she told me that they were still not decided on anyone yet. After that, she didn't pick up.
I called her from another number. She picked up and told me, after 5 or 6 weeks, that they still don't have anyone selected.
They asked me the STAR questions – give me a situation where you had to do this and that.
