Pros: Flexibility. Growth, advancement opportunities. Fair starting wages.
Cons: Raises don't keep up with inflation. Still kind of thwarted DEI growth, although, from my perspective, it's the best in industry (at least they try, somewhat). Need to work more on accountability.
