Pros: - Relaxed work environment.
- You get discounts on cars (if you so choose to buy one).
- You get insider information on new products.
- Valuable experience.
- Free housing (they pay relocation and give you an apartment).
- The salary was pretty nice also.
Cons: - Dealing with the union.
- If you start work at the beginning of the first shift, you have to get there at 6 am or earlier.
- Sometimes the noise of the factory can get monotonous.
